Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 99xbd ("99xbd", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 99xbd online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at 99xbd.app. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 99xbd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction before registering. 99xbd makes no representation that the platform is available or legal in jurisdictions outside its target market. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences.

Capacity and Consent
By registering with 99xbd, you confirm that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of another person, that you are not a professional player exploiting system vulnerabilities, and that you are registering voluntarily for the purpose of personal entertainment. Players who have self-excluded from 99xbd or any other gambling platform must not attempt to re-register.
2. Account Registration and KYC
Each player is required to register a single account with accurate personal information. The following rules apply to all 99xbd accounts.

Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 99xbd account. This includes your full name, mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Per Household
Only one 99xbd account is permitted per player and per household address. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed. Any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided and any winnings generated through duplicate account activity may be confiscated.

KYC Verification
99xbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or driver's licence — before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time at 99xbd's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests.

Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 99xbd support staff will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify 99xbd support immediately via live chat. 99xbd will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on the 99xbd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 99xbd account balance within seconds of the mobile wallet transfer completing. Bank transfer timings may vary by institution.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period. Players who wish to request a temporary increase to their deposit limits may contact support; any increase is subject to KYC verification status and is at 99xbd's sole discretion. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 99xbd reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Third-Party Payments
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Payments made using payment accounts belonging to a third party are not permitted and will result in the transaction being reversed and may trigger an account security review. 99xbd accepts no responsibility for funds deposited from third-party payment accounts.

Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months and holds a positive balance. Prior to any dormancy fee being applied, 99xbd will make reasonable attempts to notify the player via the registered mobile number. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
99xbd offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer.

Opt-In Requirement
Bonuses are not automatically applied. Players must actively opt in to a bonus offer before making the qualifying deposit or completing the qualifying activity. Retroactive bonus claims — requests to apply a bonus to a deposit or activity that has already been completed without opt-in — will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly at the point of offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that remain unplayed at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.

Bonus Abuse
99xbd reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, exploiting software errors or technical faults, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus conditions. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 99xbd may close the account and confiscate all funds.

Welcome Bonus Eligibility
The 99xbd welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a 99xbd account under any name, mobile number, or device are not eligible for the welcome bonus. 99xbd reserves the right to withhold the welcome bonus pending identity verification. The welcome bonus may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless explicitly stated.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99xbd platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

Fraud and Collusion
Any attempt to defraud 99xbd or other players through collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, manipulation of game outcomes, or any other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. 99xbd employs fraud detection systems that monitor for irregular betting patterns. Where fraud is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be confiscated. 99xbd reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

Money Laundering
The 99xbd platform must not be used for money laundering or any activity that facilitates the proceeds of crime. 99xbd is obligated to report suspicious transaction activity where required. Players whose transaction patterns are identified as suspicious will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. Funds associated with confirmed money laundering activity will be withheld and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in respect of a deposit that was successfully credited to your 99xbd account is a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is confirmed, 99xbd reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, recover the equivalent amount from any available balance, and permanently close the account. Any winnings generated using disputed deposit funds may be voided.

Minors Accessing the Platform
Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately and all funds forfeited. Account holders are responsible for preventing access to their 99xbd account by minors. If you share a device with minors, you must ensure your account is logged out and secured when not in use. 99xbd takes its age verification obligations seriously and may conduct enhanced due diligence checks at any time.
6. Responsible Gaming
99xbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including the ability to set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at all times and can be activated without delay. Players who activate self-exclusion will be prevented from logging in to 99xbd for the duration of the exclusion period.
If gaming has stopped being an enjoyable leisure activity and has started to feel compulsive, distressing, or financially damaging, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team. Players who identify themselves as having a gambling problem will be treated with sensitivity and directed to appropriate support. 99xbd will never contact a self-excluded player with promotional material for the duration of their exclusion.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
99xbd reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the circumstances described below. Where an account is closed by 99xbd due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited.

Suspension for Investigation
99xbd may temporarily suspend an account where irregular activity is detected, where a KYC verification request has not been complied with, where a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated, or where any other circumstance warrants investigation. During a suspension, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or play. 99xbd will endeavour to resolve investigations promptly and communicate outcomes to the player.

Closure for Breach
Accounts found to be in material breach of these Terms — including but not limited to the prohibited conduct set out in Section 5 — will be closed. Where an account is closed for breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money funds in excess of deposited amounts (i.e., net winnings unconnected to bonus abuse) may be returned at 99xbd's discretion following investigation.

Voluntary Closure
Players may request voluntary closure of their 99xbd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Accounts that have been voluntarily closed may be re-opened subject to identity verification and provided no self-exclusion is active on the account.
8. Limitation of Liability and Changes to Terms
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99xbd's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 99xbd shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of the 99xbd platform, even if 99xbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
99xbd is not responsible for any interruption to the platform caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance. In the event that a game round is incomplete due to a technical fault, 99xbd will endeavour to return the stake for that round to the player's account balance. 99xbd reserves the right to void bets placed during periods of known technical error.
These Terms may be updated by 99xbd at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept revised Terms should close their account and withdraw any remaining balance before the revised Terms come into effect.
